Dr. Cherdak,

I wanted to drop you this note to let you know how happy I am with your service. In particular, my family is pleased with your caregiver H. She has done a professional job in caring for my father. He is 87 years old and has numerous health issues. He can barely walk but as you know he is absolutely insistent on staying in his home. Since we started with Affinity he has become a much happier person and there has been a lessening of the responsibility for my wife and me. My father now receives hot meals daily prepared by his caregiver but more importantly has a better sense of self esteem. He is more interested in his daily hygiene and is responsive to physical therapy. She is able to get him outside onto his porch where previously he was reluctant due to his health issues. He is willing to take the initiative to microwave the meals that H. leaves and thus eats at times that are convenient to him. Even when she is not with him he has been more interested in continuing his progress.

He has developed a bond with her and looks forward for her arrival. She has a wonderful personality and is a fine ambassador for Affinity. I am very pleased with your service as it has been all you said it would be.
